The primary purpose of the joint venture is to develop comprehensive Energy Services Contracts ("ESCOs") for the public sector. Our approach allows clients to realise investment in new energy efficient plant and infrastructure and reduce their demand and carbon emissions.

TGPL are a subsidiary of the multinational Total Group. Total are the fourth largest publicly-traded integrated international oil and gas company and a world-class chemicals manufacturer; Total operates in more than 130 countries and has 96,400 employees.

lTGPL are the most important supplier of natural gas to the NHS with contracts through NHS PASA for the majority of NHS premises in England and Wales. Cynergin is an independent energy and carbon management consultancy that specialises in the development of ESCO contracts for the public sector.
