Performance-based Pricing

Cynergin has developed a wealth of experience of PFI/PPP since PFI was re-launched in 1994. We understand and believe that all parties involved should be keen to offer and provide performance-based services, including Consultants who are engaged to advise Contracting Authorities. Typically, our fee structures comprise a reduced fee (including expenses) plus a success fee for the achievement of key procurement milestones and ultimately contract close. If the milestones are not achieved then the Contracting Authority pays only the reduced fee and expenses. We would be pleased to discuss a performance-based risk sharing arrangement with Contracting Authorities at the appropriate time.
