Example Performance-Based Procurement Management Service

Cynergin will provide a procurement management service for the PPP or PFI project with payment linked to the achievement of four critical milestones of a successful procurement process.

This service would comprise the following:

Phase I

• Facilitation of definition of goals and objectives of Contracting Authority
